Lake Samsonvale

There are many Lakes near to Brisbane, which are popular for fishing, swimming and water sports.

Lake Samsonvale is my favourite as it is so large, so there are many many different picnic tables in several locations.  Therefore there are many viewpoints, which offer a different view depending on the weather and time of day.  Bullocky Rest is our preferred picnic and photography location at Lake Samsonvale, especially as the sun sets.
